Why do you do what you do? I want to uplift, encourage and restore the humanity of families impacted by incarceration and simultaneously dismantle the system that disproportionately targets them.
As Innovation Specialist, I am responsible for evaluating the program’s operations to support program and team enhancements that meet the changing needs of youth, persons harmed, and our partners. I am part of the Restorative Community Conferencing/Make It Right team. Before coming to CW, I started my career in child & youth development and earned my Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies at the California Institute of Integral Studies.
When I’m not at CW, you might find me at a concert, the water, or at a swanky brunch venue! But most likely at home in Vallejo with my husband Randy. Together we have an 18-year-old daughter, 23-year-old son, and 6-year-old grand-daughter.
