Kad Smith is the Principal & Founder of Twelve26 Solutions. Twelve26 Solutions focuses on changing the day-to-day work experiences of people in the nonprofit, philanthropic, civic, and tech sectors. Twelve26 works with teams that aspire to treat their staff with dignity, that invest in holistic leadership, and those who want to challenge the norms of how organizations “should” operate. Before founding Twelve26 Solutions, Kad worked as a Project Director at CompassPoint Nonprofit Services where he designed & delivered leadership development programs such as the Next Generation Leaders of Color Inland Region and Organizational Equity Leadership Development Program. Kad also currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Ecology Center in Berkeley, California and the GreenPeace Fund Board of GreenPeace USA. His civic service record includes appointments to the City of Berkeley’s Police Review Commission and Community Health Commission.
