As a naturally introverted person, working at Community Works West has expanded my ability to embrace people outside of my immediate circle. For over two decades I have had the opportunity to provide and maintain a space for clients to learn to stop their violence while also addressing their own trauma and harm.
As the Associate Director of Transformation Programs I am responsible for all of our in-custody programs in San Francisco – this includes the Resolve to Stop the Violence (RSVP), Survivor Restoration, and One Family programs.
