TAY Trauma Case Manager

Why do you do what you do?

I do this work because I’ve lived it—addiction, homelessness, incarceration, pain, and struggle shaped me. Those experiences gave me empathy, resilience, and a deep belief in restoration. Those experiences gave me empathy, resilience, and a deep belief in restoration.

As a Case Manager:

I will lead with empathy and dignity, using my lived experience of addiction, homelessness, incarceration, and struggle to connect authentically with those I serve. I will create safe, restorative spaces, provide practical ways to navigate barriers, and model resilience through balance and self‑care.

When I’m Not at Community Works,
I focus on self‑care and balance. I play guitar, golf, and pickleball, and spend time with friends. These moments keep me grounded.
